Can you tell me what are lessons ...
When we click our profile their is a Section called Lessons and i don't know how can me do lessons so .. if anyone can tell ... please tell me

That section was ment to house all the lesson made by you for the community, but unfortunately lesson factory has been shut down quite a while ago and it it no longer possible to make lessons by the community.
