JavaScript is usually considered more difficult than CSS because it is a full programming language. However CSS is difficult because of its limitations: You often need to be creative to achieve exactly the result you want. JavaScript is more powerful so there is often a direct way to do what you want.

JavaScript is more difficult. CSS is easy. Its concepts are also easier .It just requires creative ideas to be put into webpages after learning basics. In JS you have to put a lot of thought in how to perform a task .Also ECMAScrit that is part of JS is a bit difficult. But if you understand the core concepts of JavaScript and practice them in different projects , then JS also seems a good and nice language to use.But JavaScript needs more practice and it's pro concepts and libraries are enormous so it requires time for learning. You should stay focused and should not assume that you can make something amazing with JavaScript in a week or month. You should start with easy projects and then you can create good and nice games or projects with js I started made my first game that was brick breaker after learning JS in 2 months Also I could do so because we were having holidays from school at that time. So be focused and you 'll definitely become pro👍
