Can you put animations in your code?

I'm also an animator so I’m wondering if I can put my animations into my codes, or how to put a video in?

You should mention the language you are learning. Rose .
For web we use CSS for all animations.JS can also be used for nice looking websites with cool features.
And yes CSS helps to make extremely amazing animations on web
