Is there an application(like solo learn) for learning python in window operating system ???

You've mentioned (like sololearn in window system) in your question, why not use sololearn in pc instead? if yes? try to install an emulator. (I would recommend blueStacks)

If you want access to python course ony then you can even use web version of sololearn. https://www.sololearn.com

Emulators let you use SL app, they have a website, many professionals would suggest mobile app. Https://www.W3school.com also teaches courses

In windows operating system you can download Sololearn from Microsoft Store or from an emulator like BlueStacks
