Can I create a website for free with free hosting and custom domain address for lifetime? If yes then how?

Plenty of the sites are providing free website+hosting+email.
I'm an intermediate web developer who is using hosting services(free as well as paid) from the past 3 year's
The hosting platform which I used
1. 000webhost 2. Google blogging 3. Wix 4. WordPress 5. Googie host 6. GoDaddy 7. Namecheap 8.others(like git,freehost,driveToWeb,etc)

The 1-5 websites are having a free version with limited features.
When it comes to the development of a website many things I have explored and were confused at the beginning. I sorted out many things like host and domain management.
Some websites also have pop-ups(mainly small stickers) of there company name as they're providing free services
What kind of service this platform have
1. Hosting 2. Domain 3. email

1. Hosting: when its a hosting you are probably gonna host an available or purchased domain if you don't have, it will generate a domain for you, or u can change the name servers of a purchased domain and use it.
2. Domain: free websites offer their own domains for ex: 000webhost or WordPress domains it would be like myDomain.TheHostYouHaveUsing.com
3. email: some website do offer webmail for your website with like sending 20-50 mails a day
plan accordingly what you have been developing a website for the examples landing page, static page, dynamic page, full most responsive, or login/storing data information webpage.
So what's there in this ah? It looks simple when you have a domain and host but in reality, it's not that simple.
managing the pages/resource files are kinda crazy sometimes
and have to see the uptime of the WebHost services because sometimes ur website may not be able to access at a particular time. The most important thing is Cpanel where you upload things or maintain whole website settings like a core machine. Another important thing is the database feature if you are storing or manipulation data. Yeah but you'll have some limitations, for hosting, your free servers are not going to be very fast (not a problem for static website), also you won't be able to upload too much information due to memory limitations. And as for domains, you won't get .com, .net or any popular domain like that for free, yours will be something like those: .ga, .tk, .ml etc...

You can host your website on GitHub pages just like mine
My website is https://arnav5544.github.io
But the ".github.io" will remain in the url
You can also use https://stackblitz.com or https://netlify.com they are all free and you can get your custom url
but is only for static websites you can't host dynamic PHP files there

It does not even require coding.

You can host it using netlify
After hosting the site, check for where you'll see "site settings"
Edit it to the custom URL
Don't forget that it will always end with ".netlify.app" because you've not bought a domain. But, it's permanent as long as you don't delete the site
