Because java file is "file name". java
But what you are running is " file name".txt which is different from java and you can't run it

I think The best software to run our codes is VS code. VS(visual studio) code is one of the best software which makes your coding fast. It has an Intelligence to identify the C programming language and what we want to write in C programming it predicts with the help of its intelligence logic. It is black in colour just like console screen. You can write many Programming language in VS code but you need compiler which should be installed in your computer to operate. Without compiler, VS code does not working. So that it is necessary to install compiler first then you are able to write codes.
