Why always programs of scripting languages (HTML,CSS,JS) are chosen as "code of the day" not any programming language program?

@Michael Szczepansky consider adding comments to your codes so that reading through the code could be easier. A beginner not understanding what is going on, in a program without input nor output, may overlook the accademic importance of the code.

bc html css and js are visually pleasing.
I have a template stack linked list program in cpp. no one is running up the wall for that, even though that is one of the more advanced programming topics.
they look cool. so people like them. people appreciate visual stimulation, not academic intellect.
