What has happened with Sololearn? 😥

Question

What has happened with the Sololearn.
1. It takes so much time for loading.
2. I can't send messages.
3. Chat section is also not working.

I have tried:
1. Clearing cache.
2. Reinstalling Sololearn.
3. Installing older version.
4. Sign out then in again.

Please help me. I don't know is it a bug or anything else.

Yes it should have best servers for many users

Sometimes when a large number of people are using the server,it becomes congested therefore its slow or maybe it could be an issue with network connectivity on your side

Send your system info, app info, and troubleshooting-steps-tried to [e-mail] so they can keep track of where the issues might be. I know that upgrading to 4.0.0 has produced some weird issues for me.

ツ Priyanshi ツ then the problem is likely at the Sololearn end. Try changing the time you use the App and see if the response improves.

ツ Priyanshi ツ Sololearn has a large user base in India. When it is peak use time over there, the servers or server network I believe gets over congested and response times suffer.

Because of Covid-19, too much people are using Sololearn. That's why it doesn't work properly.

Also, some users are starting to find that their older operating system might not be supported by the update.

Same Thing Happen with me some days ago.

It was fixed by updating app and After Few Days. You Cant do that anything for fixing that error.

Just Update if old version otherwise wait few days it will fixrd automatically.
