I really can not understand how hardware and software connect together??Motherboard and cpu are hardware part built with cables and microprosessors components that transfer electronic voltage to the physical parts of the computer.via cables programmed codes are compiled to the machines language of 0 and 1 transmitted to the cpu or the brain of the computer that communicates with other components and drivers executes the instructions writed by the software part.This software part is the programs that you use in your operating system .Summary i think mother board is just a physical component.So it is not a program/software programmed with a programming lang
