I have started learning python. How much time is it need to learn it(to be able to work somewhere)? And where can l work with it

It depends on the time you invest in learning and practice U can work with python in a lot of things like data science , ai , programmes , 2d games and a lot more

Python it self just top of the iceberg, in order to be competitive in dev market you have to know and able to use many libraries and frameworks. just few came into mind: django flask tkinter sqlite3 requests beautiful soup openpyxl kivy Pyqt5 numpy pandas opencv ... it takes time to develop a habit and sense of developer
