Which is easy to learn & which is better python
or php ?

I won't make arguments in this case because in case of programming languages, asking which one is better is kind of something that someone shouldn't do, because there are both limitations and significance for all programming languages which depends on what are you trying to do, which one has less effort, limitations etc. Exactly i think this question is asked like a billion times here already, i am linking some threads here, plus you should have included WHY are you actually comparing these two languages?
