How to post a new content in my website

Hello i have upload my html code web on hostinger and i make it as personal blog....yes it is written only with html and css ..... but i have problem .... how to create a new post on my web.....i mean to create a new post or edit my web without need to coding back...thanks

with Just Html and CSS you can't post new content in your website without coding. only CMS like WordPress can do that stuff. Unless you start using PHP and Mysql, you'll be able to create your own backend that will allow you to post new content in your website without coding.
