Differentiate library files, std library, stl template library and c++ runtime library with example.

correct me if i am wrong!
Library file : binary of implementation and header files.
std library : library strandized by ISO
stl template library : the library that exits before standardisation of c++.
i don't know about runtime library. if you could explain all of these with examples i would be very thankful.

I also don't want to spend time, but i was doing assignment on library file, then messed up with these terms, and stuck what actually i have to define.
