I recommend learning C or python. C will help you understand main concepts of programming and it would be easy to learn other programming languages like c++, Java, C#, Go etc.

I think you should learn 2 to 3 programing languages because each programing language has it's own advantages like c++ is best for games like pubg is also made by using c++, and java is best for apps and python for ethical hacking.
