Bug in SoloLearn?

Question

I have verified my account multiple times, changed email then verified again, but the problem is that I can't open messages. It worked days ago, but all the sudden it doesn’t work now. I have tried to make different accounts with different mails, but it still doesn’t work.
What should I do?

Raymv Level 2 isn't enough to use messenger feature. So, please try level upping to 3 or more.

Keep learning until you're able to respond the messages. I think Sololearn made some restrictions in messenger feature nowadays. Contact them if nothing happens.

Clear App Cache, restart phone and try again. Lots of problems occur when a lot of cache gets collected. I do this quite often.

Simba I thought that was the problem so I completed entire course in HTML with my main account, but sadly it didn’t work.

Write to Sololearn and wait for them to tell you that it's not a bug.

Safalta Pokharel It says: please activate your account and keep learning to enable messenger. Activation instructions have been sent to your email.

Simba I doubt that is the problem. I have other accounts with lvl 3+, but none of them works...
