"Unauthorised." when login to Sololearn

Question

I cannot login to Sololearn on laptop. I used that for over 3 weeks but from yesterday I always receive error message "Unauthorised." when trying to login.
I tried 2 different laptops - 1 Mac and 1 windows. I changed the password successfully, but still cannot login on laptop.
Does anyone know what "Unauthorised." means?

Ah, how are you logging to the site. You did try sign-in from left side menu right?

Than enter the correct email address and the password(verify manually).

If you still did and experience issues contact sololearn via feedback in-app(they will reply to your registered email)

On the address bar click on the "Lock Icon"(which would show "view site information")
Click on "Site Settings"
Then "Clear data"
Then Reopen the website. It would start working fine without losing any progress.

Have you ever clear your browsing data recently when using google? I've encountered same problem, the solution I found is to clear your browsing data again--(I don't know why, it seems some error has been sent by google account, not fault of sololearn at all) but it works.
