Pls help

Question

I created nav bar up and down. I don't no how I can add files, like pdf, image, software to the each contents, e.g,home software images contact.
Home, I want to add drawdown files

Software, I want to add drawdown software like adobe reader, photoshop and office.

Images, I want to add drawdown pictures.

Contact, I want to add some items.
I want each each of them to Stay separate.

I can make <ul> for each in separate form, but all the whole page will occupied.
That is why I want to <a href="home.htm">Home</a> &nbsp;
<a href="software.htm">Software</a> &nbsp;
