What is work default project in learning programming ?

This default project just for learning or we can use it for other things ,If we could use how it goes ?

There's no default. It depends on your purpose. What is it that you want to program? Why do you want to learn to program?
If you don't want to program anything in particular, you just want to learn to code with no specific purpose, then I think the best possibilities are C or Python.
Whatever language you learn first, you are likely to need to learn a new one when you find out what is it that you want to program in particular.
Knowing C would help learning the new one, more than knowing other languages would.
Python is easy to learn and possibly is the language you'll need for your new purpose.
