- Use USB debugging
- Use their emulator by downloading it from them
- Use MIT Companion app, available in play store

You doing exactly that android studio is free you just need to make a one off payment for a developer account.

There is so many softwares but not sites for example if you're good at C++ you can use Unity or Unreal. There are some sites but they are not good at all. I recommend you to download Unity in your pc or laptop
