where is place of models.model class in django.db folder

I found response of my question, it's here (if i in mistake please say me):
The Model class is in this path:
Your directory of project\Virtual environment\django\db\models\...
And ... means that:
Beyond absolute import in python in __init__.py in models folder above it import base.py and in base.py is Model class
