It really doesn't matter...
Go with the one which you are comfortable with...
If you ask a python lover... He will say pycharm
But you can use vs code as well...
Or any good IDE like atom or sublime
If you are focusing only on python... You should go with pycharm as it has so may tools
But if you want to do full stack stuff... Go with VS code
And if you are looking for a good UI go with sublime
But dont use notepad😂

There are many. There are IDEs that give you tons of tools that make your work less, like Visual Studio, PyCharm. Apart from that there are are text editors which have code linters and combined with the right plugins can make coding easier, like Sublime Text, Atom, ViM, Emacs etc. But please understand that all if these can only make your work easier, you have to think and learn on your own. So please, you should stop wasting time thinking about the software you are using to code, because even MS Word can be used for writing python code. Instead just pick the first one you see, and get to work. On your way you're going to come across other softwarees on your own which you can then use.
