For web base, I recommended laptop spec like processor min i3, RAM 4 GB, HDD 500 GB, SSD 250 GB

Generally any Intel i5 10th generation laptop with 8GB ram and 128GB - 256GB SSD and display with 1080p or better will do. screen size 13- 15in. I say the bigger so that you will be able to multitask with two windows side by side.

For you budget I would recommend.

A Surface Laptop 3 or a New Dell G3 15 Gaming Laptop

The Dell will likely preform better in all task because of the extra graphical power.

But the Microsoft surface is great as well it has a resolution of 2256 x 1504 and it comes with touch screen ability. Some people find that useful.

It is better to shop around for similar specs because its all about preference and your needs when shopping around for computer hardware.

That is Interesting all 3 of those should be around the same price. The Macbook Air cost more where I'm from. If you prefer Windows operating system over Mac, then try the Surface Go it is similar in specs, design and less expensive than the Macbook Air.
