Programs people would like to see here

Question

I see many questions on 'what programs to write' however there are many who may be shy or too inexperienced to start.
A Thought Fart: Hey why not put your idea in a comment, others can thumb up or down, those in the community can take a crack at doing the most requested(thumbed).
Q: State language(s) you would like to see it in and the idea/problem. Search the code base first to make sure it hasn't already been done!
A: Tag the person who posted and link to the code so they can like, comment and learn! :)

also might give those who are looking for a start project a place to... well start, I guess all ideas could kind of be code challenges.
maybe should have just gone with code challenges... anyway, let's try the Q first...

idea: a learn VIM game which teaches you how to use VIM and also can try to get high scores based on number of commands and speed of execution​ to complete the task correctly.
become a VIM master!
Yes I will attempt this, but others could to! or maybe someone could write it in another language and get the same learning/fun outcome?
