Is it easy to pick up the way of becoming a web designer

it can be easy, relatively, when you know what you're doing, and you have creativity or artistic sense.

what's not easy, is matching your creative side, with the coding side, to the closest similarity of what your employer or client thinks they want. if you can give them what they THINK they want, then you're a good graphic designer.

Becoming a web designer require you to understand HTML + CSS, know how to take PSD files design into a working site, and a good creativity.

All you need at first is a spirit to learn :)

depends on if thats what you enjoy. if so, nothing can stop you but yourself.

also, in the long run you need to develop a way of staying on top of new technologies and things that clients/employers want as they come out. For example, when smart phones and later tablets came in designers and developers had to start thinking about very different sizes of screens, and touch controls.
