Also u can use a notepad or anything really on ur phone , termux ect

Yes, it is possible, but don't expect to create the next top popular indie Game in the world, with Android your tools are too limited, but to practice i think Pydroid3 may work.

A game consists thousands of line of code so u cant handle in small screen ...but if it is small like in 50-60 lines then u can handle......

u can make but your mobile should be in latest version and with good prosessor like snapdragon or intel 6th gen ....
but you can make only limited games and apps .If u will run big stuff u may losse your mobile bcs of high prosessing of codes or keep hanging and lagging.

so think u want to loose your mobile or keep learning??????????
