Why were these QUIZ questions declined?

Lol! I just found out that 2 of my submissions were declined in HTML by the community, I'm quite shocked because it's HTML. I'm sorry for laughing, but some either consider them really hard which is understandable for relatively new learners or totally wrong. What's the issue then? I've seen far complex quiz challenges in Sololearn, and they are not HTML ones. Plus I've seen accepted HTML quizzes with wrong answers or poorly written content. Can you solve them, and are they hard or not?

@Mark, Aaron, Gami have lost count of decline. As I have already said best way to get more approved question is to look at already approved question and change small details. @Aaron it doesn't matter if you copy questions but change something but if they have lots of similar question it will get declined automatically.

i have a suggestion for making soloLearn better.. .. challenge-questions should correlate to attainment-level. ie.,having a level-1 would mean being competant enough to easily snswer level-1-type questions.. the challenge-question can come from a pool of questions determined

by the lower-level member. this would make things more competitive.. you have a chance to upgrade your level u perform well and get approval from panel of judges. . or something like that

After Ram got his Creator Master badge, many people, including myself, "rammed" through to send as many quizzes as possible. The quality of submissions declined rapidly, but also many quiz proposals were really similar. I mean if I see yet another hexacolor question... ;)

It depends on the likes or dislikes of the community because there is a option called "Rate Submissions". But I remember that I liked the second one:)

The <caption> tag must not be inserted immediately after the <table> tag. True or False?

@Gami Or maybe you just copy from others, that's why people are downvoting your questions!

@Dayve it is indeed based on likes or dislikes, and true they have there opinion. It's just slightly annoying that quizzes with inaccurate or wrong information gets through. Thanks for liking 1 of them :)

Fill in the blanks to add a border-radius of 50% to the element with id "mark13", and add a height to elements of class "mark13" to 40px. <div style="width: 35px;height: ; border-radius: 60%;" id="marki3" class="mark13"> <div style="width: 25px;height: ; border-radius: %;" class="mark13" id="mark13">

@Gami true. Some people get really intimidated; I can't blame them but if they can't solve something, they can always learn how to. When I get an answer wrong, I'll do research with factors in the question. I'll then have a reason, or understanding plus valuable knowledge to take on board to then answer them with ease.
