.jpg offers a large range of colors, maintains a good quality even if it losses a bit through compression. It's a relatively small size file compared to others.
. png however is a lossless format, but you got to give up more space to keep the quality fairly good.

I recommend using png. bcoz' they have the super quality as real or as you save it!! Even though it has larger file size than others. . I recommend it!😊
