I have a problem with the task "New driver's license"

Question

So, recently i tried to solve a task named "New driver's license" and i used python to do it. The problem is that my code passes 1 and 2 test but it doesn't passes 3 other hidden tests. Could somebody who has already solved it say me what's wrong with my code?
P. S. Sorry for the mistakes if they are, cos english is not my native language.

Дмитрий Нуждин , why don't you try to calculate it without loop. Look at the code.
