My suggestion is Jetbrain PhpStrom , because jetbrains IDE's are popular and its powerful IDE . All IDE has same functions except some, but my suggestion is always jetBrains :)

Personally I'm using Atom text editor . It's UI looks nice but also Sublime text editor and VS code is good option you can try it...
