Why does my Pycharm type an old code I was working on repeatedly whenever I try type something new??

It's like my Pycharm has predictive text but keeps using an old script I was working on while preventing me from typing any new code. I have switched back to vs studio code.

I have never used "Pycharm" before, however, it may be possible to clear your history or cache.
