SQL results with PHP as links

Question

Like facebook or google if u search for anything, you will get the results but as links , after clicking the link then you can read or see the full results

So I created a table in SQL and I created the search queries, what I want is to show the heading of the results as links to the main content, how can I do that with PHP and MySQL am really stuck am sorry for the long sentence as am not a native English speaker

I will use this query for searching from the db based on the user input .
