Weird thing in Sololearn. Not accepting single quotes.

Question

Is anyone facing same issue? I was replying in QA with a SQL query which has a single quotes but whenever I was posting it says 'no connection'

See this is a query which has single quotes in string Not rated

SELECT * FROM Apartments WHERE Price >= (SELECT avg(Price) FROM Apartments) AND status = Not rented ORDER BY Price;

I can't add single quotes in Not rented. You can also try.

I see 👀 just tried to add single quotes in 'Not rented' but giving network connection errors 🙄🤔

Edit: in code part single quotes facing problems & not in regular comment

When using the sololearn's website it is worse
First it says "server time out please login again" then the answer keeps on loading till eternity, and we have no other option but to reload the page.

wierd thing is that it works without orderby

SELECT * FROM Apartments WHERE Price >= (SELECT avg(Price) FROM Apartments) AND status = 'Not rented'
