Bug or not?

Question

Is it possible that the challenge system has a bug? (and if where do I reort those?) Or is it because of the renewal of 1 or 2 month ago that people often oversee some challenges which are still 'waitung or 'pending'. They send me new challenges but ignore some older one's I send. Even if I tell them that there are challenges pending they tell me that they don't see any.
