CSS <p style1> <p style2>

Question

I have a css-style-sheet including p{ color = color1}
and html template:
<p style="color: color2> text2 </p> <p> text2</p>
Works fine with the different color, but now my (stupid) question: how do i get both p in the same line. (I'm not very familiar with html/css)
