Desktop-PC view html/css on virtual mobile device

I've created a html template and a css on my desktop-pc. Now I would like to test, how the design looks on mobile devices. I use visual studio code and I'm wondering if I can render a virtual mobile device like in android studio for example.

Yes you can. Go to your favourite browser right click go to Inspect and at the top you can see your device online right to it you can see the Responsive option being selected..

You can click on it and then select the device as you wish same as in Android Studio.

There are extensions you can download for your browser. I'm currently using Mobile friendly tester for Microsoft Edge browser. Also if you have a smart phone. You can install the Sololearn app and view your code in the code codeplayground.
