What sofware can I use to make android app and game?

Question

As stated in question.
I faced trouble using Android studio(such as emulator cannot be use) and eclipse(problem with download).
Although I have google and ask at stackoverflow about the error, I still cannot find solution.
So any other free software? I willing to learn any language that relevant to that software.

I'm pretty sure Unity can do it. I think it's languages are C# and JavaScript.

At present no other IDE can replace Android Studio in terms of Android Apps development . It has lots of feature. But if you can't able to use it then you can switch to ionicframework. Using it you can build fully functional mobile app just with your web development knowledge. No need of Java
