Flutter sdk is incomplete in Android studio

Question

I am trying to install flutter on window but it is saying flutter sdk installation is incomplete please see https //flutter.dev/get-started . I have tried many tutorial no avail . i don't know what i am doing wrong

press the window button and set the environment variable correctly of flutter and the path. or
