Are practice free?

Question

So the "try it out your self(practice)" option isn't free? It asks me to buy pro, is that some kind of cooldown? Will I be able to try again tomorrow?

upd: Are only one practice per day?

upd2: I mean practice in courses, like c#, c++ and etc.

I'm not sure, but there are plenty of practice opportunities for non Pro users via code playground, code coach, challenge quizzes etc.
