I still think I didn't properly understand oops in python.. Is there a better source to learn it

There's a good course on Coursera by Rice University, called Introduction to Interactive Programming. Although focused mostly on event-driven programming concept, it contains a pretty informative coverage of classes utilization and object-oriented programming in general.

Plus, you can do some extra cool mini-assignments and have them peer-reviewed :)
