Using only html what are the best things we can code.

You can basically make an entire website using just HTML but if you want to improve the look of the website you will need CSS and if you want it to be interactive you will need JavaScript

By only HTML, you can do lists, tables, forms(buttons, input fields.
.), display pictures, videos, audios, basically the entire site, as @Thomas said. But just the HTML itself wouldn't make you site interactive, or look great, it's always good to make it with the help of CSS and Javascript.
