There is no other free certificate which grant you a job.

Option 1, is university.
Option 2 is built up a portfolio and start as a freelancer.

There are sites like fiverr or pplperhour, or slavelabour on reddit, which you can do all, from websitedesign, backend- sql or serverjobs until "easy" scripting jobs (scrap single static/dynamic website, 2 fields deliver results in csv file via email daily, code delivered in 3 days for 15$.

If you can do the job, do it.
