That is for use in ReactJS which you're probably not using, though.

mobiscroll isn't completely free and open source, though. They provide only the minified version for free.

If I were you, I would take a working example with code and trim it down to serve your needs. This way you make it look exactly the way you want and will make sure it fits with the look and feel of your website. I'd then isolate it from the rest of your JavaScript and CSS code a bit like a third party library.
