Can anyone recommend a free webhost that supports PHP?

Question

So... I finished the php tutorial in sololearn, and i know that that is only the tip of the iceberg, but can anyone recommend a free webhost that supports php. Better yet I am fully willing to learn how to make my own host, like from scratch, if it is possible.
