Get confused with the explanation in the beginning

Question

The two first lessons needs better explanations for the patterns showed.

First of all is a lacking examples to trying some codes in practice within the interactive text.

But some part of the first lesson is repeated in second one. So when I was searching in discussions forum it hasn't helped.

I think the introduction part needs stop be a global explanation of what is going on in the next lessons.
