What's next?

I just finished the course of html and css, does that mean i can build a website now? Or is there other languages i should learn first?

Hanz Book HTML and CSS are enough to build website but if you want to make your website functional you must learn JavaScript.

You can write and style a web page now, yay! But really you only learnt 2 out of the trio. JavaScript is the missing piece. As it is usually advertised, you can bring web pages to life with JavaScript.
