Is It Necessary To Know About All Programming Language ? Having Good Knowledge Of Anyone languag is Not Enough To Do Something ?

It depends on the use. For example, if I create an application on JavaScript using NWJS, it will not have the same capabilities, speed, work with precise calculations, than if I wrote the same application, let's say on Python. But JavaScript is fine for the Web. There are special languages, such as PHP server language, and it is fine in it's field of use. Knowledge of the basics of the most used languages is excellent. But a thorough knowledge of them all will take years. But even this is worth it.

No, i don't think so ..if you have command on anyone of language it will good for you but .. there is a catch .. as you can see current senario technology is kept on changing and you have to be updated .. so if you find difficulty in learning langauges at inital stages so try to engage your self with easy one and so on ..

as far as html+css+javascript, you pretty much need to know them all to make a fully featured website. professionally, you're often required to know multiple programming languages. but if it's a hobby, then it's not required at all. infact, I'm sure it's possible to have a successful career with only one language, it's just harder.
