The Information Technology world is like a snow ball which is getting bigger every day, no one could say "ok, enough studying ! " even after landing a job, you like it or not, you will keep studying from time to time. For you Specialization, did you learned cisco router and switches advanced configuration? if yes than you will need to learn at least one scripting language for tasks automation such as python, if not go ahead and make some cisco certifications. Also, you will need some advanced system administration skills and some web server and web development knowledge, as you see, it's like a closed circle and all IT fields are iterating through it, hence, we should always study smthg while working because we will need that or this skill today or tomorrow.
PS: BIG YES! After graduating, sure you will have multiple intern opportunities, I suggest to try first at the big companies such as CISCO, Google, Microsoft, Apple ect...
