How do I publish my website on Internet...

I haevn't create any site but in future I'll create one....so how should I publish my site on Internet ?

Get website hosting and domain name from https://godaddy.com and use ftp client or if you want simple like localhost for free use freewha.com

First, you need a place to host your site, a server in a hosting provider. There are a lot of free hosting providers, you only have to search.
Second, you have to upload your pages to the server. For that task you need a program to do FTP or that the server has an administration page to upload the pages.
And there you are!
