this is my solo learn code where I used background-image tag and it's working properly but similarly in my laptop which has window 10 and simple notepad not notepad++ or Google Chrome . where this code is note working means to say only background-image is not working . if you wanna know more about laptop it's dell generation 11th . actually frankly speaking I started learning html at laptop from few days. and I haven't much knowledge about html as well as laptop .
