Too much knowledge all at once?
So if I set a goal for 5 lessons a day, do you think it’s still beneficial to continue the lessons? In other words to retain more information should I be cramming my head with 15+ lessons ( or as much as I have time for)a day, or is slow and steady a better way to learn ? -thank you in advance!

The parts that are clearer to you will move faster. But if something is more challenging for you, stop and write several small chunks of code that explore that bit. Write little tests to examine variables, objects, etc., and make sure you get a sense of how it actually works. Bake it into your brain. Some things I fly through. Sometimes I go write several examples of that concept that help me really learn it well.
If you write your own “recipe book” where you write small programs that illustrate various concepts. Save those. Then you can go back when you need to refresh. How to create objects, reference them by pointers, see how much memory they consume, etc. You make several of these recipes and you’ll basically be writing your own little reference book about how to do things.

And finally, you will become expert in cooking😂 (just kidding)
